| From the inception of the Company's initial development program in 1948, the goal has been to develop the lands for their most profitable use. Prior to implementation of the development program, detailed studies were made of the properties focusing on soil capabilities, topography, transportation, availability of markets and the climatic characteristics of each of the tracts. Based on these and later studies, the use of each tract was determined. Management believes that the lands are suitable for agricultural, residential and commercial uses. |
